What we’re about
The circle is one of the oldest symbols of unity and healing. When women come together in this way, something powerful happens: we remember that we are not alone.
A women’s circle is not about fixing each other or offering solutions. It is about being witnessed in our raw truth, and witnessing others in theirs. It is about holding space without judgment, without interruption, without masks. In that space of deep listening, healing naturally unfolds.
If you feel:
-Anger, betrayal, or confusion over what was lost.
-Sadness, grief, anger, shock, confusion, longing, loneliness.
-Racing thoughts, replaying conversations, “what ifs” and “if onlys,” struggling to concentrate, or questioning one’s own worth.
-Heartbreak can shatter one’s sense of trust, faith, or belonging. It can feel like being cut off from love itself.
The Goal of Women's Circle:
-Sacred space: A place to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.
-Healing: To release pain, grief, or shame in the presence of others who hold you without judgment.
-Empowerment: To remember your worth, strength, and wisdom.
-Sisterhood: To feel supported by women walking similar paths.
When women gather in circle, we give voice to the pain we usually carry in silence. We speak the unspoken. We let ourselves be witnessed without judgment. And in that shared space, the weight of heartbreak begins to soften.
