Welcome to Women's Circle — Sound Bowl & Soul Work
This is not a typical sound bath.
This is a space where women come to go inward — to quiet the noise of everyday life, bypass the thinking mind, and access something deeper. Through the healing resonance of sound bowl meditation, I create the conditions for real inner work — the kind that shifts patterns, releases what no longer serves you, and reconnects you with your own wisdom.
Each gathering has a theme. Each session is a journey.
Whether I'm guiding you through limiting beliefs, rebuilding self-worth, or simply creating space to breathe — every Women's Circle is an intentional experience designed to move something within you.
What to expect:

The Full Harvest Moon symbolizes gratitude, abundance, and manifesting. Named for the extra light it once gave farmers to bring in their crops, it falls nearest the autumn equinox, a moment of balance between light and dark.
