This 60-minute guided somatic breathwork experience is designed to help you release stress, reconnect with your body, wisdom, and inner healing intelligence. Using conscious, rhythmic breathing, you will be guided through an inward journey. We begin with an opening circle, intention setting, and grounding. You will be guided through rounds of active breath, followed by rounds of relaxation and integration. We close with a sharing circle and time to journal or write down any insights received through the practice. Open to all levels, no prior experience needed. Come as you are 💛 We will be lying down on a yoga mat for the session. Please let us know if you are pregnant or of any health conditions as we will modify the session to fit your unique needs. All are welcomed 🩵🌬️✨

  • Pillow and/or blanket
  • Water bottle
  • Any donations or offerings to the community, we can always use more fire wood!

Come as you are—full, messy, radiant, and divine. Together, we will embrace self-love, lift one another up, and flow with the rhythms that make us who we are.
