Find the Freedom within as we breathe together for the 4th of July Holiday.

First timers welcome - Intro is at 6:30pm
Breathwork immediately follows 7-9pm

We set intentions and breathe while being guided for 15-20 minutes before you are set off on your solo journey of breathing!

Let's celebrate this Independence Day from the inside out.
