Introductory Meeting: Women's Codependency & Boundary Support Group
Details
If you find yourself constantly putting others' needs before your own, struggling to set boundaries, or feeling responsible for other people's emotions, you are not alone.
This group is for women who want to break patterns of codependency, people-pleasing, and unhealthy relationship dynamics. Together we explore practical tools for building stronger boundaries, increasing self-confidence, and creating healthier connections with others.
This introductory meeting is an opportunity to:
• Learn what codependency and people-pleasing patterns look like
• Explore how boundaries support healthier relationships
• Connect with other women working toward change
• Decide if the group feels like a good fit for you
What to expect during the meeting:
• A brief introduction to codependency and boundary patterns
• Guided discussion and shared experiences
• Practical tools you can begin using right away
• A supportive and non-judgmental environment
Who this group is for:
• Women who struggle with people-pleasing
• Women who have difficulty setting boundaries
• Women who feel overly responsible for others' emotions
• Women who want to shift their focus back to themselves and reconnect with their own needs
• Women who want to practice self-care, self-respect, and personal growth
• Women who want to build healthier and more balanced relationship patterns
This weekly in-person support group is facilitated by Rosie Molinari, LMHC, a licensed mental health counselor specializing in relationship dynamics, boundaries, and codependency recovery.
You are welcome whether you are just beginning to notice these patterns or have been working on them for some time. Many women attend their first meeting feeling a little nervous, and that is completely normal. This group is intended to be a supportive and welcoming space where everyone can participate at their own pace.
