Hi would anyone on this new platform, group like to attend a workshop on Breathwork. Breathwork is scientifically proven to alleviate and release stress, trauma, PTSD, anxiety and feelings of unease. I will talk about how this occurs in the body and will guide you through different types of breathing techniques and affirmations to release for the day. This workshop is designed as a tool to help empower you when you need to release at home also.

Offering this workshop to a group of three ladies, where we will also share what we would like to release and let go of.

I will hold this workshop in my private meditation space at Everton Park where I hold my counselling sessions. My residence has a lovely, peaceful outdoor garden to do our workshop.

The cost will be $35 payable by cash on the day. I will also give hand out sheets to take home. All attendees will be privately messaged my address.
