RHYTHMS OF WELLNESS EVENT
The Summer Solstice marks the time of year when the natural world reaches its peak of expansion, beauty, and abundance. This is reflected in each of us with the qualities of creativity, inner power, resilience, and transformation. It's a time of blending our inner masculine/solar energies with our feminine/lunar energies to embrace the balance that helps birth our dreams and aspirations into reality.
WHAT TO EXPECT
This Summer Solstice, we invite you to participate in this workshop designed to help you embrace your inner light and harness the power of the season. You'll:
- Set an intention
- Engage in groovy yoga warm ups
- Practice gentle sun salutations for all levels
- Reset with breathing for balance
- Experience drumming and chanting to rejuvenate the spirit
Consider bringing an object or small item that represents your intention during this Rhythms of Wellness Summer Solstice event.
Join instructor Tara Cindy Sherman for an afternoon of intention, movement, breathing, and rejuvenation.
Dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat or blanket to move on, water to stay hydrated, and comfortable non-slip socks or non-street shoes to change into upon arrival. You're welcome to bring any other props or items to help support your movement during this dynamic class.
