Join us for our next event in the Rhythms of Wellness Series.

ABOUT THE EVENT:
Dr. Cindi Glidden-Tracey will introduce the concepts and describe the methods of Rhythmic Restructuring in this session. She will then lead you through a demonstration covering three types of stress management techniques, all reinforced with percussive activities and polyrhythms. The three techniques include mindful breathing, thought stopping with thought replacement, and entraining self-messages with matched cadence on a drum or with hands and feet. Cindi will lead you in playing hand drums and using body percussion techniques to rhythmically reinforce written and spoken messages designed to focus and calm the person.

You don't want to miss this incredible opportunity to engage in rhythmic cognitive restructuring with Dr. Cindi Glidden-Tracey.
