Connecting with your Sensuality
A movement workshop for women and vulva owners
Let’s be honest: Most of us are too busy to feel sensual these days, especially in December! Between work, family, endless to-do lists, and Christmas parties, our sensual selves barely get any attention. It’s time to change that!
This workshop is your permission slip to slow down, drop in, and rediscover what makes you feel alive, juicy, and connected to your softness.
We’ll move, reflect, journal, and chat — all in a group of women who are ready to explore what their sensuality really means for them. No performance, no pressure, no experience needed. Just you, your body, and a little curiosity. There will be no nudity or anything sexual, just a space for you to go explore your softness.
Expect laughter, real talk, maybe a few goosebumps, and a whole lot of warmth! The vibe is laid-back, cozy, candlelit, and chill, just a space to feel good, relaxed, and fully present.

FAQs:
- So what will happen in this workshop?
We will explore what sensuality means to us through movement, reflection, journaling and sharing. With simple movements, we will feel into our own bodies, and dive into the knowledge that our bodies already hold. We will move for about 1 hour in total (2x30 mins), but don't expect an exhausting workout, just simple movements! There are no partnered exercises or explorations, this is really just for you!
- I am a completely new to this, can I still join?
Yes, absolutely! There is no prior experience you need to have for this, it's very much intended as a first exploration! And there's also no way to do it wrong, it's all a playful adventure to do your own way.
- Do I need any dance experience?
Not at all! If you enjoy moving, that's great! If you've never done anything like this before, that's great too! All is welcome, and the movement sessions will be super simple and easy to understand. This is not a dance class where you will have to look a certain way, or perform something. This really is just for you, to uncover how your body wants to move.
- Is there anything sexual happening?
No, not at all! We all stay fully dressed, there is no nudity, no partnered work, nothing sexual. It is an exploration of your own senses, of your own sensuality, and not of your sexuality. I am also facilitating this with a background of being trauma-informed, so in case anything triggering should arise in the discussions, I am trained to help navigate the situation.
- What should I wear?
Anything that you can move well in, you're feeling comfortable in and that might also spark joy for you to wear that night! All is welcome!
