The Feminist Book Club Lausanne is heading to a next adventure, as we're taking afield trip is to Montreux Jazz Festival on Monday, July 13th to see two artists whose music feels like it was written for us. ๐
๐ค The lineup:
Paris Paloma, the voice behind the viral feminist anthem "Labour." Her music draws from mythology, Madeline Miller, and feminine rage, basically every book club tangent we've ever gone on, set to music.
Erin LeCount, a 22-year-old self-taught producer making lush baroque alt-pop, with songs that capture the quiet, complicated experience of being a young woman in the world.
Iliona opens with French chanson-pop, a bonus discovery!

๐ How we're getting there:
- Option A: Meet us at Lausanne Gare at 18:00 (main hall, near the big departure board), we'll catch a train around 18:15, arrive in Montreux ~18:40, and walk over together in time for doors at 19:00.
- Option B: Meet us directly at the Montreux Jazz Lab around 18:50!
