Sensual Sunday: Discovery Class (Women Only)

Join the Sensual Sunday Discovery Class for a taste of Sensual Sunday, before our regular classes start on 15 November! 💃

Sensual Embodied Dance® is a playful movement practice developed by Holly Wodetzki to get in touch with your own body and your own aliveness, exploring how you want to move and exploring your own sensuality.

The best part about it? There's no experience required! There’s no choreography, no need to perform anything, nothing to get right, and no mirrors on the wall. Just exploration!

And just to be clear, sensual isn’t the same as sexual. Exploring your sensuality is all about your senses, how things feel in your body, for you and nobody else!

What to expect
Over 90 minutes, we arrive and warm up, move through some guided movement and solo explorations, let the dance move us, and end with a slow, deep rest. There’s some optional partner work, but everything is an invitation, and you can always choose to join in or to simply witness. You have full freedom here!
