Learn the basics of Flag Football-101 from an experienced coach of Womens Sports and Athletics!
You'll learn the proper way to throw, catch, kick, and run with a football as well as blocking techniques, flag pulling, and learning the Offensive and Defensive plays.
In doing so you'll be getting prepared to compete against other Women teams in an organized and well ran All-Womens adult recreational league right here in Atlanta Ga!

Once u sign up through Meetup you're automatically on the team! The tryout n practice is just for me to see what you can do athletically and what position you may be placed at!
Lastly, "NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!"
In fact, if you've never played a day of sports in ur life, I Encourage u to tryout!
But if you have experience, especially having played other sports, then I definitely welcome u!!

NOTE: Physical size, height, weight, age (over 18), race, sexual preferences, background, and experience mean nothing. All Women are welcome!!
And if u are age 16 and 17 and wanna play, you must have permission from a legal guardian adult.
Also, u do not have to RSVP unless you want to. Just show up on said date and show out!!
