🛶MONDAY Aug 3🛶 Kayak/Paddleboard Chatfield Roxborough Cove 8:00/8:30am

PADDLEBOARDING/KAYAKING at ROXBOROUGH COVE, near the south marina & the Plum Creek/ Roxborough Rd Entrance to Chatfield State Park.

Arrive by ~8:00 to be on the water by 8:30. (arrive earlier if you think you’ll need more time to inflate/prepare. The walk from the parking lot to the water is a bit long, so we can help each other out in transporting our boards and kayaks)

We’ll be on the water about 1.5 hours, but you can stop whenever you want.

Bring your own paddle board or kayak or rent from nearby Colorado Watersports.

Park in the Killdeer parking lot that is just west of Colorado Watersports.

Directions from Plum Creek/ Roxborough Rd Entrance:

• Take the second right (the first paved road on the right),
• Then take the second right into the parking lot.

Directions from Wadsworth Entrance:

• Turn Right at stop sign (as if you’re driving to gravel pond etc)
• Go 4 miles and turn Left (toward the marina)
• Take the second Right into the parking lot.

Life jacket required. If you have a whistle, please bring it with you.
