Hello Ladies,
E-Bike Adventure Ride and Advanced Traditional Bike Ride.
24 mile ride with two hills and one mountain maintaining speeds around 15+ mph.

We will meet at the Stone House at 9:45 AM and start riding by 10:00 AM. We'll head west on the Bear Creek Trail, climb Kumpfmiller Hill, a moderate incline. Then continue riding the Bear Creek Trail till we get to Morrison road, which we will cross over. Then we'll follow the bike path alongside both side of the C470 Trail up to Dinosaur Ridge, which is a fairly large hill. We will ride up and down the ridge and then do a reverse up and down and back to where we started climbing the ridge.
Then ride back toward Morrison and have a nice breakfast or lunch (depending what time we arrive) at The Cow. After lunch, we'll continue our loop, heading east before climbing Mount Carbon and then making our way home. Mount Carbon is a modest mountain - steep enough to feel adventurous bust still enjoyable to climb.

Good to know: There's one street that crosses Morrison Road, two small streets that cross the Alameda Bridge, and the remaining crosses are low-traffic, with smooth, well-paved trails throughout.

We are limiting this event to four members because there are only a few spots at the cafe where we can securely lock our bikes in view, and seating that lets us watch them is also limited.
We'd prefer to sit in the open-wall patio room if possible, with the front room as our second choice, or the front outdoor patio as our third choice. In any of these area, we would like a table where we can see our locked bikes.

Make sure to secure your bike with a lock.
Whenever possible, lock your bike to the sturdy posts or top rail of the fence, not the thin wire sections. A longer lock helps you secure it to the strongest parts.

If I don't already have you your number, please send me a message with your contact info. I'll reply with mine. Make sure your emergency contact is clearly labeled on the inside of your helmet .
