Womens Gather & Trade - Clothing Exchange

Lets plan our first event - a Clothing Swap Exchange! I know we all have loads of clothes, shoes, bags, coats, jewelry and more that need to go, so lets meet and have a fun exchange. Get your girlfriends, share a table and lets have some fun while clearing out our closets!

Event Details:
Each lady or group can set up a 6-8ft table and a clothing rack (bring your own) to sell items of clothing. This can include shoes, coat, bags, etc. (in the future we can host other items like decor and household). Each table can have one or many sellers - up to you and your group. We will meet about 2 hours ahead of opening doors to set up.

The event will be open to the public and we can post of facebook marketplace and other ways to advertise.

Logistics:
Location: I have a couple leads on possible locations in Minneapolis area, ranging from $500 - $1000. Im hoping someone may have a lead on a free space but if not we can all pitch in to get a spot. If we can get 50 people then it would be $10 to set up a table. Open to suggestions here.

Date & Time: This date in March is tentative (pending securing the location) but sometime mid-March would give us time to organize and promote the event.

Ideas:
We could open the selling to just us if we wanted before opening to the public. This could also depend on the location we get and associated costs.
