January Gratitude and Empowerment Circle (on Zoom)

This month I hope you will join me and like minded women for a deep dive into gratitude, self empowerment and self love. As always, we will gather to listen, honor, connect and celebrate one another. It is important to honor the YOU that is now as we journey through this month. Honoring and exploring what YOU want more of in your life is exactly what the focus of this next circle will be all about...perfect timing for holding space for new beginnings in any area big or small. I hope you will attend for guided meditation, gratitude exercises, setting intentions, connection and some self love. I look forward to meeting you and seeing you again as we continue to celebrate ourselves, intentions, hopes and dreams. As many of you know I will send an update with some additional guidance and what to have in mind for the circle as we get closer to the event.
