About us

Losing a partner, spouse, or soulmate changes everything.
This space is for women who are not only navigating that loss—but who are ready to support themselves through it in a more intentional, holistic way.
This is a private, supportive circle for women who want to navigate grief using practices that gently support the mind, body, and nervous system.
You don’t have to carry this alone—and you don’t have to stay stuck in survival mode.

Our Approach
This group is rooted in a holistic approach to grief.
Together, we explore simple, supportive practices such as:

  • Compassion and emotional awareness
  • Breathwork to calm the nervous system
  • Meditation for grounding and presence
  • Gentle gratitude practices to reconnect with moments of light

These tools are here to help you feel more steady, more supported, and more connected to yourself as you navigate life after loss.

We are non-denominational and not affiliated with any religion or organization.

Group Intention
This space is here to help you:

  • Feel less alone in your grief
  • Regulate emotional overwhelm in your body
  • Connect with women who understand this level of loss
  • Gently begin rebuilding your life—at your own pace

This is not about “getting over it.”
This is about learning how to live again—while honoring your love.

Why This Space Exists
This circle was created by Ashlee Sunshine, who has personally experienced the loss of a partner at 33 years old in March 2025 and understands the depth, complexity, and isolation that can come with this kind of grief.
There are very few spaces dedicated to partner loss that also incorporate a holistic, mind, body, and spirit based approach to support.
This space was created to change that.

What You Can Expect

  • A private, respectful, and supportive environment
  • No pressure to speak or share
  • Practices that support both your emotional and physical experience
  • Real connection with women who truly understand

You Are Not Alone
Grief can feel isolating—but healing doesn’t have to happen in isolation.
This space is here to support you as you reconnect—with yourself, with others, and with life—one step at a time.
