Losing a partner, spouse, or soulmate in your 20s or 30s can feel especially disorienting.
Life was just beginning, plans were still unfolding, and suddenly everything changes.

This weekly virtual circle is a supportive space for women navigating that kind of loss—surrounded by others in a similar stage of life who understand the depth and complexity of this experience.
Hosted by Grief Guide Ashlee Sunshine who personally experienced the sudden loss of her partner at 33 years old in March 2025.

When: Wednesdays at 7:00 PM (CT)
Where: Private Zoom (link sent the day before)
Duration: 60 minutes
This is a gently guided space where you are welcome to share—or simply listen. There is no pressure.

## What to Expect

  • A grounding meditation + breathwork to help you settle
  • Optional sharing in a safe, supportive space
  • Meaningful connection with women who understand this level of loss
  • A gentle gratitude-based closing to help you feel more uplifted

Our intention is to grow this into an in-person community in Glen Rose, Texas area and beyond.
You are welcome exactly as you are.
