What we’re about
Doulas are most commonly known for providing information and continuous physical and emotional support through pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood. However, we see that as just one part of a spectrum of experiences, and we bring this model of care to all life events and transitions.
We run community groups and offer one-to-one support to women at all stages of life going through many different things. We are practiced in the art of holding space, meaning that women can share whatever is on their mind resulting in feeling seen and truly heard.
