Awaken Her No Cost Experience Day

If you’ve lost yourself amongst the ever changing world, have been searching for something but can’t quite name what’s missing or if you long to have the support of a community of other women that understand you, this event is for you.

What to expect:

• Self-reflection time to help you connect with what brings you joy
• Unlock forgotten creativity in a guided exercise
• Breath work for nervous system regulation
• Time outside to harness nature's healing power (weather dependent)

Whether you seek clarity, inspiration, or simply a moment of peace, this experience will leave you feeling more whole, more aligned, and ready to stop hiding from your own light.

I will provide journals and tools needed during our creative time.

Please dress for the weather since we will be outside for some of our time together. Bring a yoga mat and you can bring a blanket, if you think you'd like one to feel cozy.
