Welcome to our very first meetup! Whether you’ve been a member of this group for a while or you’re completely new, we are so glad you’re here. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS EVENT IS FOR WOMEN ONLY!

As women, we aren’t just managing our daily schedules—we are managing the mental load. It’s the endless invisible to-do list, the emotional tuning-in to everyone around us, and the constant planning that never seems to stop. Over time, this mental load doesn't just drain our minds; it physically wears down our bodies, leading to chronic fatigue, poor sleep, and burnout.

For our kickoff session, we are holding a safe, open, and casual conversation about what the "invisible load" looks like in our lives, how it impacts our physical and mental health, and practical ways we can start protecting our energy.

While the event itself is completely free to attend, we kindly ask that you support our venue with a purchase during the event. The cafe offers sandwiches, fika, snacks, and a variety of hot and cold drinks. This will help us keep hosting free events in the future!

You can join anytime between 14:30 and 16:30, but we highly recommend arriving within the first hour to get settled and get the most out of the session! 😊
