About us

A casual, judgment-free peer-support group for women (25+) navigating everyday women’s health challenges.
We meet once or twice a month, typically in downtown Toronto to connect, share experiences, and talk openly about day-to-day struggles and what’s helping.
No preparation required. Open discussion format: share or just listen.

Important: This is strictly peer support and community discussion. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. Please consult qualified healthcare providers for your personal medical decisions.

To keep the group supportive and focused, members must adhere to the following guidelines:
• Be respectful and considerate of others in the group
• Strictly respect privacy and confidentiality
• Keep discussions grounded in good faith, personal experience, and reliable information. No pseudoscience or misinformation
• No political or religious debates
• Keep discussions non-commercial and avoid promoting products, diets, services, or programs
Note:
A clear profile picture is required for membership approval. This helps foster trust and create a safer environment for everyone in the group.

When & Where:
Twice a month, in-person at Toronto Public Library (study rooms or community rooms, depending on numbers).

Who Should Join:
Women seeking community, real conversations, shared understanding, and practical peer support around health and well-being.
