The Beautiful South Lawson Waterfall Circuit 😊🏕

Back to the always beautiful Lawson Waterfall Walk. One of my favourite easy walks on a sunny weekend 😊.

Length : 3.1km Loop
This loop trail is a very popular area for hiking and walking and is a wonderful short circuit that takes you to 4 of the waterfalls found close to the town of Lawson. We will begin by walking from Lawson Station, then join the trail by the Adelina Falls and then in an anti-clockwise fashion loops past Junction Falls, Federal Falls and Cataract Falls 😎.

Please read before you RSVP:

• Transport: BMT Lithgow via Parramatta - Departing 08.24am, Central Station, Platform 6. Arrives at Lawson Station at 10.08am.
• Start time: 10:15am
• Cafe: If you would like to enjoy breakfast beforehand, i will be at Cortado Cafe, Staples Crescent (Located in carpark near public toilets) from 09.15am.
• Meeting point: At the giant Memorial in Lawson Memorial Park. (Follow the underpass under the Great Wetern Highway to the shops, and you will see the park opposite}.
• Route: We'll begin by heading from Lawson Memorial about 1 klm through the suburbs, then join the trail by the Adelina Falls. we will then walk in an anti-clockwise fashion that loops past Junction Falls, Federal Falls, and Cataract Falls. We will have a snack break and a little rest at one of the falls.
• We will then head back to Lawson. You are welcome to stay after and join us for a late lunch at 'The Henry Hotel'.
• What to bring: Appropriate footwear (uneven terrain and mud possible in some areas), snacks, water (no refills on trail), and weather-appropriate clothing. Also, we will use bathrooms before the trail as there are no bathrooms on the trail.
