Welcome to our monthly women's meditation meetup! This is your monthly invitation to cultivate inner peace, reconnect with yourself and to be a part of a community. In this space, we will dive into why mindfulness is important, explore simple ways to regulate the nervous system, followed by 15-20 minute meditation.

Whether you're new to meditation or a seasoned practitioner, our sessions offer a nurturing environment to explore various techniques aimed at resetting the nervous system and restoring harmony to both mind and body.
