This group is for women and moms preparing to take the ASVAB (Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery) and pursuing a future in the military. Whether you are just beginning to explore military service, preparing for the ASVAB, or getting ready to ship out, this is a supportive space to learn, connect, and stay accountable.

Our goal is to support women and mothers as they work toward their military goals while balancing family, work, school, and everyday responsibilities. We’ll help one another understand the material—not just memorize answers—by breaking down difficult topics into simple explanations, practice questions, study tips, and ASVAB-style problems.

📖 What We’ll Study

We’ll focus on the major ASVAB areas, including:

• Arithmetic Reasoning (AR) – Word problems and math reasoning
• Mathematics Knowledge (MK) – Algebra, geometry, formulas, and equations
• Word Knowledge (WK) – Vocabulary and word meanings
• Paragraph Comprehension (PC) – Reading and understanding passages
• General Science (GS) – Biology, chemistry, physics, earth science, and more
• Mechanical Comprehension (MC) – Machines, forces, motion, and mechanical principles
• Electronics Information (EI) – Basic electricity and electronics
• Auto & Shop Information (AS) – Vehicles, tools, and basic shop knowledge

• Explain concepts and encourage one another
• Participate in quizzes and study challenges
• Share ASVAB study tips and test-taking strategies

Military preparation can feel overwhelming, especially when balancing motherhood and other responsibilities. This group is a place to find encouragement, motivation, and understanding from women who are working toward similar goals.

We can support one another through the challenges of studying, preparing for enlistment, navigating the recruiting process, and building confidence for the journey ahead. Every woman’s path is different, and every goal deserves support.

The goal isn’t simply to pass the ASVAB. We want to build the knowledge, confidence, and support system necessary to achieve the score needed for the military branch and career options you’re interested in.

Everyone starts somewhere. You don’t have to be “good at math” or have a strong academic background to participate. We’ll take complicated concepts and break them down step by step and in plain language.
