Hi, I’m Tina, a certified women’s health coach and passionate hiker. I created this group for women who are looking for more than just a walk — women who crave meaningful connection, a slower pace, and moments of presence in their busy lives.

Whether you’re navigating stress, seeking inner balance, or simply want to spend more time in nature with other women, you’ll find a warm and welcoming space here.
