A scenic experience to move, connect, and feel refreshed — inside and out.

Step away from the rush and into the beauty of Windsor Great Park for a restorative women’s walk along the iconic Long Walk. This is a gentle, mindful gathering designed to help you reconnect with yourself, meet like-minded women, and enjoy the calming effects of nature, movement, and meaningful conversation.

📍 Meeting Point: In front of Windsor & Eton Riverside train station
🎯 Start & End Location: Same as above
🗺️ Distance: ~5.3 miles (8.4 km)
🚶‍♀️ Pace & Difficulty: Easy, mostly flat, with breaks
Optional Stop: The Fox and Hounds pub near the Copper Horse
🚆 Getting There: Take the train from Waterloo or Clapham Junction to Windsor & Eton Riverside
Approx. travel time: 1h 15min from Waterloo

📝 Agenda
10:00–10:10 – Meet & greet (with time for a quick toilet break)
10:10–10:20 – Walk & chat toward Windsor Castle
10:20–10:30 – Grounding & intention setting
10:30–11:50 – Walk the Long Walk — enjoy the views, move mindfully & connect with others
11:50–12:50 – Picnic break & a light reflective activity
12:50–14:10 – Walk back to town at a relaxed pace
14:10–15:10 – Optional riverside coffee & stroll for anyone who wants to stay and unwind
15:25 – Train back to Waterloo (optional return time)

  • Comfortable walking shoes
  • Water bottle
  • Packed lunch or snacks for the picnic
  • A light layer or sun protection depending on weather
  • A small journal (optional)
