Whether you’re a runner, a power walker, or simply want to enjoy a gentle stroll in nature, this event is for you.
Joining a 5K can feel intimidating — especially if you’re not used to group exercise or don’t see yourself as a “runner.” But here’s the truth: you don’t need to be fast or fit to belong.
What matters is that you show up — for yourself, and alongside others doing the same.
This event is about community, intention, and the joy of moving through beautiful nature in the company of like-hearted women. It’s about starting your day in a way that feels energising, grounding, and real — at your pace.

- A pre-run gathering for light stretching, intention setting & gentle connection
- A chance to take part in the official Richmond Parkrun 5K — run, walk, or something in between!
- An inclusive atmosphere — all paces, bodies, and moods welcome
- Optional post-run coffee/brunch by the riverside to unwind, share, and connect more deeply

📍 Meeting Point: Richmond Hill Viewpoint (by the telescope – you can’t miss it)
🗺️ Distance: 5K (official Parkrun route, mostly flat)
🚶♀️ Pace & Difficulty: You choose — walk, power walk, jog or run
☕ Optional Stop: Coffee/brunch by Richmond Bridge

08:10–08:25 – Meet & greet (with stunning views over the Thames!)
08:25–08:35 – Walk & chat together to Richmond Park
08:35–08:45 – Grounding & intention setting
08:45–08:55 – Light warm-up, stretching & toilet break
08:55–09:00 – Join the Parkrun community & listen to announcements
09:00–09:30/10:00 – Enjoy the run/walk — at your pace, with presence
09:30/10:00–10:10 – Regroup at the finish line and share how it felt
10:10–12:00 – Optional walk back to town & riverside coffee/brunch
