Join us for a late-autumn hike along the Thames Path and into the peaceful woodlands of Oxfordshire.

Our 7.9-mile circular route takes us from Goring & Streatley, past the open views of Hartslock Nature Reserve, and into the ancient stillness of Great Chalk Wood.

Expect crisp fresh air, sweeping valley views, and the chance to pause and ground yourself before winter. This walk is all about slowing down, enjoying the season’s beauty, and connecting with nature, with yourself, and with other women.

We’ll walk at a steady, relaxed pace with time to stop for breathwork, reflection, and a shared meal at the end in one of Goring’s cosy pubs.
