The classes are slow and suitable for all levels - no flexibility required. My main goal is to create a small, friendly space where people can start the day feeling good together.

If you work from home, are easing back into movement, or just like the idea of a calm start to the day with familiar faces, you’d be very welcome. It’s as much about community as it is about stretching.
