Join Dr. A. in honoring the turning of the wheel of the seasons, to celebrate the harvest and gathering of our blessings. We will give thanks for the past year, what we've accomplished, survived, learned, and adopted for our personal growth.
Including Ritual, Guided Visualization, and Journaling Reflection, this workshop will invite you to take stock of what you have experienced this year, the highs and the lows, offer thanks, and share in a ritual practice of releasing what is unfinished or was not meant to be.
