A women’s community gathering focused on all of the issues, changes, opportunities, and challenges within perimenopause, menopause, midlife, and post-menopause.
This is for women who are craving connection, community, support, and real talk about peri-meno, midlife, and post-meno change.
Have your questions answered and learn how to improve your life by participating in, influencing, and directing the changes you’re living through.
You’ll discover you're not alone or broken, and you'll find compassion and community in this women’s gathering led by a PhD expert in peri-meno-midlife & post-meno.
Get access to resources and the latest medical studies on women’s health, so relevant during these years of profound change.
Gatherings are open to all women in this phase of life.
