What we’re about
This online Circle space is for women to get together, in an authentic and simple facilitated space where we listen and share what is alive in the moment or on the theme.
We start with a grounding activity, and integrate various mindfulness practices and activities for introspection such as journaling, visualizations etc.
We come together to share our joys, our fears, our emotions without receiving judgment or advice. We nourish our minds; we connect and replenish ourselves. There is never an obligation to share.
The Circle is an opportunity to
- Take a real break from all the business and noise,
- Reconnect with our bodies,
- Reconnect with our inner self,
- Take a moment for introspection,
- Share our thoughts and emotions from the heart
- Hold space for other women to share without judgment,
- Feel the power of simple, deep sharing
- Leave feeling seen and energised to end the week.
The Circle is a confidential space. There is no judgment and we never give or receive advice.
Who can participate?
Circles are open to all women. No experience is necessary! Come exactly as you are.
Who am I?

I've lost track of how many times I have moved but feel at home in Circle.
My heartfelt call is for all women to have access to a place where they can be fully and authentically themselves. I have been facilitating Women's Circles for 5 years now after training with sisterstories in the UK.
I have deeply yearned for authentic connection and community and I bring all my hats to the facilitate a space where we can be free of social masks and reconnect to our true self.
