As a 650h certified women's intimacy and voice activation expert of ten years, I'd be honored to guide you in the education we never got in school, and the easy embodiment techniques that ignite your fire within.

I host embodied workshops and educational, connecting social women’s circles where you are warmly welcome to ask questions around intimacy, sex, love, empowerment as a woman, your pelvic floor health and embodied leadership with pleasure. I'm a non-dual classical tantra expert, and can also help demystify and myth-bust this now very misunderstood philosophy and set of practices.

The techniques you learn with me, will not only immediately spark joy, but transform the way you love yourself and others. In our curated women’s circle at the beautiful and serene Freya Healing Center in the middle of Zürich you will open your eyes to the power of sisterhood.

Every week will be catered to you and the women present that day. But they will always be a two part workshop - first part is education and connecting in sisterhood to feel safety within, and the second is an embodiment practice.

After your first session and the secret home-practice I’ll give you, I promise you: People will ask you what you did as you’ll show up with a more sensual glow.

After 1 month of joining our circles, your energy is different. Your walk is different. You're present in a way that makes others want to be around you.

After 3 months of joining, you realize you’re not nervous standing on stage or presenting in leadership anymore. You're not overthinking every text and decision.
