What we’re about
If you’ve ever found yourself doing too much in your relationships—over-explaining, caretaking, overthinking, or just plain exhausted from holding it all together—this circle is for you.
Every week, I host this free coaching and connection circle to create a safe space where we can get real about what’s going on beneath the surface.
We talk about all kinds of relationships—romantic, family, friendships, work—and explore what it means to feel emotionally safe, deeply seen, and truly connected without having to abandon yourself.
Whether you’re navigating conflict, craving deeper intimacy, struggling with boundaries, or just wondering why the same patterns keep showing up... you are welcome here. You can come get coached—or just observe and take it in. Many women start off quietly and find it’s just as powerful to witness someone else’s breakthrough.

Absolutely. One of the best things about group coaching is being witnessed. While it can be hard to be seen talking about vulnerable things, peers that share a word or two of empathy or impact have a powerful affect of acceptance and understanding for the person being coached.5 attendees - •Online
