If you’ve ever found yourself doing too much in your relationships—over-explaining, caretaking, overthinking, or just plain exhausted from holding it all together—this circle is for you.
If you’re exhausted from carrying everything alone—emotionally, mentally, financially, or relationally—this space is for you.
So many women are overwhelmed right now. Burned out. Anxious. Stuck in survival mode. Constantly overthinking, over-giving, caretaking, fixing, managing everyone else’s emotions, and trying to hold it all together while quietly drowning underneath it all.
For many women, these patterns show up most deeply in relationships—especially romantic relationships. Anxiety, people-pleasing, hypervigilance, over-explaining, emotional exhaustion, fear of abandonment, and losing ourselves while trying to maintain connection.
This weekly women’s coaching and connection circle is a space to slow down, exhale, and get honest about what’s really happening beneath the surface.
Together, we explore nervous system healing, emotional regulation, boundaries, self-trust, femininity, burnout, receiving support, and creating healthier relationships without abandoning ourselves in the process.
You are welcome exactly as you are.
You can come to be coached, supported, witnessed, or simply listen quietly and receive.
Many women find healing simply by realizing they are not the only one carrying this much.
