What we’re about
Welcome to a new era of our Woman’s Circle, a reimagined space for our community of seekers, healers, and curious minds exploring the deep connection between body, mind, and breath by embracing the reverence and intentionality that previously made this space feel sacred.
Our sessions focus on somatic therapies, breathwork ( nervous system regulation) and embodiment practices that draw from fields like polyvagal theory, modalities backed by holistic sciences, yet deeply intuitive and personal. We help members reconnect with their bodies, meet themselves on a deeper level, and connect with one another in intentional community.

Meet Your Facilitators:
—Meghan Phelps—
After graduating from VCU, Meghan began her career in journalism at NBC12 in Richmond, VA. But soon, she left it all behind in search of a deeper path—spending a decade across Asia learning from diverse cultures and healing traditions. Breathwork became her anchor, and ultimately, her life’s calling. Today, she guides others through this powerful modality, helping people unlock regulation, clarity, and connection through the power of their breath.
—Manuela Aust—
Manuela is a performance coach who helps women feel stronger, more at home in their bodies, and aligned with routines that work with their lives, not against them. Originally from Germany, she lived in Asia for 10 years before settling in Barcelona. With a background in corporate business development and a deep love for Jiu-Jitsu, Manuela brings a no-BS, science-driven approach to strength, nutrition, recovery, and women’s health.
