### Neurographic Art & Sound: A Creative Reset
Join Carolina and Shannon for a quiet, relaxing, beginner-friendly neurographic art session accompanied by live singing bowls.
At Brandy's house. You will need to be on time for instruction and so you don't disrupt other's quiet time.
Neurographic art is a simple, intuitive drawing process that uses flowing lines, gentle repetition, and color to help calm the nervous system and support emotional processing. No art experience required! This practice allows you to work through stress or “stuck” energy visually, without needing to talk about it or define it.
As you draw, live singing bowls will provide a soothing soundscape to support focus, relaxation, and embodiment. The combination of sound and creative movement helps quiet the analytical mind and invites a meditative state.
