January Women’s Circle 💃

Winter is not a time to rush forward. It is a time to listen.
January 10th, we gather in circle to honor winter as the season of reflection, restoration, and deep inner tending. Rather than pushing into new beginnings, we slow down and return inward. We compost old stories. We clear what has completed its cycle. We feed the roots of what will grow when the time is right.

As we continue to work with the medicine wheel, we will work with the direction of the East, not as an outward initiation, but as inner vision. The East in winter invites clarity of mind, honesty with self, and conscious awareness of what is truly ready to be carried forward. Paired with the element of Air, our work will focus on breath, perception, memory, and the unseen narratives that still occupy space within us.

A central practice of this circle will be a guided recapitulation exercise. This is a grounded and intentional process to clear residual energy from 2025, with particular attention to old relational imprints from previous partners or connections that are no longer aligned with who you are becoming. This is not about revisiting the past emotionally. It is about reclaiming your energy, restoring coherence, and freeing your inner field.
