Friday night Sound Bath!

The instruments used generally include various hand drums, rain stick, koshi chimes, the metal tongue drum, the singing bowl, gong, the Native American flute, and guitar with voices. The guitar is tuned to a special healing tuning [432 HZ]. This tuning is known to "calm you down" and there is some scientific backing of it even repairing DNA.

I am also excited to have guest musicians sitting in!

I would like you to just Relax and Enjoy! Turn off your video if you like in a comfortable position and take in the soothing healing sounds of these specially chosen instruments!
