We are an informal group who meet and create a harmonious and healing atmosphere in which to do a meditation or visualisation or shamanic journey and a sharing . Whatever the group decides for that evening meet.
All are welcome but its important for us to have a brief chat before you attend to make sure its something you are looking for and to give the address as we meet in members house. You just need to bring a notepad and pen.
