We're starting our team workouts THIS Saturday!

We'll be doing conditioning work and agility & footwork drills. There won't be any contact drills now since we won't start padded practices for several months.

Wear comfortable clothes in which you can sweat and run. No cleats required! Please make sure to bring plenty of water.

My suggestion would be to eat a light breakfast and save your big meal for the night before or for when you get home.
