Women's Pickup Ultimate

6:30-6:45 pm - Warming up and tossing the disc around.

7:00 pm - Game starts.

Around Darkness time - Quick skills drills. This is a new thing we're trying out where we share skills to help everyone get better. Probably for about 15 minutes. Though we may not do it every time we will try to do it.

General guidelines: Dress accordingly. Bring a white & dark shirt so we can easily divide into 2 teams. Have plenty of water. Sunscreen on a sunny day. Stretch & warm up. We'll provide discs and cones.

Weather: Rain in New England is unpredictable. We will send out a final notice one hour before start time if cancellation is necessary.

RSVP: Very helpful as this is how we contact you in case of game changes & cancellations.

About: Playing Ultimate is all about good sportsmanship, respect, and gracefulness on the field. Fun & having a good time is a must above anything else. It's an easy game to pick up & we keep the rules minimal. No zones, no stall count, no scores, and players self-officiate on the field. Open to all levels of players. Beginners welcome.
