And yet… you don’t feel as vibrant as you thought you would.
This group is for women who:
- Feel subtly drained or disconnected from their bodies
- Do “the right things” for their health but still don’t feel their best
- Sense there must be a more pleasurable, sustainable way to feel good than just pushing through
If that’s you, then welcome!
This lab is a place where you can explore what it means to feel alive and joyful in your body, while honoring the demands of your daily life rather than escaping them.
This is not a health optimization group. It’s a laboratory for women who want to experiment with feeling more alive.
At its heart, we explore one key question:
How can we work with our bodies - instead of overriding them - to feel more energized, joyful, and present in modern life?
Each meeting blends learning, simple embodied experiments, and group sharing. Every theme is a different doorway into vitality. Possible themes include:
- Hormonal literacy: How to understand your cycle, support your hormones, and read your body’s signals in real time.
- Rewriting Beliefs Through the Body: How unconscious beliefs show up physically and how to shift them somatically.
- Stress Without Burnout: How cortisol actually supports you, how to spot when it’s out of balance, and how to recalibrate your nervous system in everyday moments.
Each theme is designed to give practical tools you can use to feel more energy, joy, and pleasure in your everyday life.
Our first meeting will be a meet & greet: a chance to explore how each woman wants to learn and grow in this space. Excited to see you there!
