Women's Walk and Chat Group

Let’s chat and stroll! Make new friends while getting in shape! Join us women on a walk and talk by Heritage Hills park. This is a beginning/intermediate pace meant to allow for socializing. We will be meeting at the Heritage Hills parking lot and will walk up the Jay Yogeshwar Tail and back. For those who would like to continue, we will then walk westward on the trail and back to the park parking lot meeting place. This is mostly for fun and socializing, but the exercise is a plus!
Things to consider: comfortable shoes, water, sunglasses, sunscreen.
