Low candle lit room, relaxing music and scientifically proven exercises to lower stress hormones, each exercise is designed to transform, burnout, stress, anxiety or tiredness of daily life, into a softness of letting go.
It is proven that when the body is in a deep relaxed state known as the "relaxation response", our body is stimulated to heal & balance wellbeing and healing naturally.
