Friday 29th 7-9pm at Chai Cocoa Cafe in Maidenhead.

I will be co-hosting with Meditation practitioner Ananda Rose (Corina Cronfield) and me : Natural Energy Therapy (Daniela Alessi)
Circle is Held in our intimate & cosy, warmly lit, incense infused, Chai Cocoa Cafe space. Once the cafe closes, it is transformed into sacred space.
In this supported space, Our Sister Circle invites you to:
- Bless & Drink our homemade seasonal tea
- Optional Sharing
- Gentle & slow movement & breathwork for restoration
- Creative activity
- Guided Meditation
- Crystal bowl soundbath
Between Corina and myself, we will be guiding you all through a relaxed and friendly 2hr session.
Our sister circle offers a safe, judgment-free space for women to connect, share stories, and find mutual support, fostering emotional healing, personal growth, and community. By attending, you can benefit from deep listening, shared experiences, mentorship, and empowerment, reducing anxiety and overcoming isolation.
Tickets are limited for this session, as this space is intimate, cosy and holds 8 people.
