Chair Yoga - Free Class - HYBRID (Online and In-Person)

Accessible yoga for everyone! Be sure that you have a sturdy, stable chair set up before you join the class. For safety, do not use a folding chair or a chair that swivels or has wheels.

ADDITIONAL STEP REQUIRED - Go to https://rebeyogini.com/schedule.php to register for the class. A link will be emailed or texted to you (your choice) at least one hour prior to class. This additional step is for the security of our classes.

We are using the Zoom platform for our online classes. You will need to install the free software before you begin. Be sure you get set up in advance. Classes start on time. Arrive ready a few minutes early.
