Reclaim Your Worth: A Free Workshop for Women Ready to Stop Doubting Themselves and Reconnect with Their Inner Wisdom

The longest relationship you will ever have is the one you have with yourself.

Yet so many of us move through life questioning our worth, second-guessing our intuition, and quietly abandoning ourselves in order to keep everything else together.

In this free workshop, we’ll explore what it means to reclaim your worth and return to your inner knowing — even in the moments when doubt, comparison, or old patterns begin to surface.
Together we will gently look at the ways we may be disconnecting from ourselves, and I’ll guide you through practices to help you reconnect to your body, your intuition, and your inherent worth.

During our time together you will:
• explore where self-doubt and self-sabotage show up in your life
• learn simple practices to reconnect with your inner wisdom
• experience a guided embodiment practice to ground and center yourself
• reconnect with a deeper sense of self-trust and compassion

There will also be space for reflection and connection with other women walking a similar path.
