What we’re about
A women’s group is a group of women, sitting in a cyber-circle, hanging out and getting real.
WHAT WE DO
At a WomanSpeak women’s group we hang out, share what’s up, listen, get new insights into daily life as we drop the survival / putting on a good show, etc. masks we’ve been wearing ... and we have a good laugh to boot! We get real and we receive the treasure of honest feedback and good company in a non-clinical, non-hierarchical safe space.
WHAT WE ARE NOT
We are not a therapy group, nor an encounter group, nor a group against men or women, nor a religious or political group, we're free and unaffiliated.
Every WomanSpeak women's group is different, depending on what the women present bring to, and ask of it.
OUR GROUND RULES
Please read the Ground Rules before attending a group and think of anything you’d like to change, add or remove.

WANT TO TRY A CLOSED GROUP?
(Monthly, in six month terms, sitting with the same group of women - most women renew for years.)
Closed group women have the space to get to know one another at a deeper level than at the open groups.
Closed group women get access to their own private WhatsApp group and self-organise social events.
They also enjoy discounts and priority bookings on events.

We welcome people of all genders to simply sit together in a safe, confidential space, so we can share any aspect of our lives, including our relationships, work, purpose, sense of safety, health and hormones.
All emotions are welcome here, from the highs to the lows and everything in-between. We can hang out, be heard and get real about life, learning from one another's experiences, noticing, acknowledging and celebrating what's good, gaining inspiration to change what's not, and simply accepting 'what is'.We support one another to be better, more authentic people, without telling each other what to do or how to be. There is no pressure and it’s fine to say "Pass” when it’s your turn to speak.
We are accepting, accountable and we want more out of life. We're not pushy, on power trips or on a coaching frenzy. This is a gentle space for goodness to emerge and emotions to be safely sat with.
We explore who we are, who we no longer need to be, and how we can lead better, fuller lives.
We'll be following Kenny's group Ground Rules - please check them out before you attend and suggest any changes you might need before we begin.
TIME: 10:00am for a 10:15am start, ends 12:45pm.
COST: £30 (£20 facilitators / closed group men / concessions)
This is not a therapy group, it's not an encounter group, not a group for or against any gender, not a religious group, not a political group, not a group of anything apart from whatever the people present bring to it.
- NeuroDivergentPeopleSpeakLink visible for attendees
This online group is a non-clinical, non-hierarchical, confidential space for individuals (who may or may not be diagnosed) to share what’s on their minds and how they navigate the world, so we can be heard by perhaps 'similarly wired' company that we can learn from and grow with.
You may have experienced one or more of the following:
Impulsiveness
Disorganisation
Problems prioritising
Poor time management skills
Problems focusing on, starting or finishing a task
Trouble with multitasking, distractions and overwhelm
Excessive activity or restlessness
Poor planning
Low frustration toleranceHere you can be heard, release some pressure, connect with others and gain insights into daily routines as we examine the challenges that Neuro Diversity, in it's many forms, can present.
It's about sitting together and allowing stuff to come up, being honest about how we feel, what's challenging for us, what is going well and what we might need help with for ourselves, our relationships and from life.
We respectfully challenge one another to be better, more authentic men, without telling each other what to do or how to be.
There is no pressure and it’s fine to say "Pass” and stay in silence when it’s your turn to speak.
Please make sure you read our Ground Rules or watch our Ground Rules video before attending. You'll be asked if you'd like to change anything in the ground rules to meet your (and all our) needs.
IMPORTANT:
The zoom room opens at 6.45pm and we lock the room at 7pm so please join before the start. This is to allow enough time for all participants to arrive and feel present, get used to the space, and to deal with any technical issues. The meeting cannot be disrupted once started.
Please be on time and stay for the full length of the meeting - there will be as many breaks as necessary and if you need to move, that's fine! (...with your camera off while you do so, so you don't distract others). Whatever your needs to stay present and connected, we'll try our best to accommodate.
To join the event you'll need to be a member or on a free trial of our private network www.menspeak.co.uk
